Overview

  • Conceptual Design
    We collaborate with the client to fully understand their requirements. This involves mapping out the environmental conditions, data needs, and operational constraints. Using these insights, we conceptualize a compact, rugged, and low-power system that endures the harsh industrial conditions to which our product will be subjected.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC)
    We develop a PoC to validate critical aspects, including wireless connectivity, power efficiency, and data transmission. The PoC includes a scaled-down version of the monitoring system, demonstrating feasibility in controlled conditions.
  • Prototype Development and Testing
    Building on the PoC, we develop a functional prototype that incorporates rugged enclosures, advanced wireless modules, and long-lasting battery technology. The prototypes undergo rigorous field tests to evaluate performance under real-world conditions, such as extreme temperatures, vibration, and moisture.
  • Preproduction and Testing
    After iterating on the prototypes, we move into preproduction. This phase includes fine-tuning manufacturing processes and performing Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) to identify and address potential failure points. The preproduction units demonstrate reliability and scalability.
  • Implementation and Support
    As an option, we offer full installation and maintenance solutions for our customers to ensure project success. Once deployed, we provide ongoing support, ensuring the product performs optimally throughout its lifecycle. This includes software updates, predictive maintenance analytics, and customer training on system use.
